Overview

Our return and refund policy is valid for 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order. If 10 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and policy reasons:

  • Final sale / discounted promotional items
  • Opened beauty, personal care, and hygiene products
  • Clearance items marked “No Return”

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We fully cover product defects, damage during shipping, or wrong item delivery.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

1.Please contact our support within 48 hours of delivery

2.Provide clear photos or videos of the package and product condition

3.We will offer full refund, partial refund, or replacement based on verification

No return shipping is required for verified defective cases.

Customer Remorse Returns (Personal Reason)

If you simply do not like the item, ordered the wrong size, or changed your mind:

  • Items can be returned within 30 days in brand-new unopened condition
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost
  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable
  • Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is 3–10 business days, depending on your bank’s settlement speed

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

1.Double-check your bank or payment account

2.Allow extra processing time from your card issuer

3.Contact our support if the issue remains unresolved

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Please contact our support team to apply for an exchange service

Shipping Responsibility

  • We cover shipping cost for verified defective/wrong item cases
  • Customers cover return shipping for personal reason returns
  • We recommend using trackable shipping for return shipments
